"Caroline was originally assigned to our family through the State to help our 2 year old daughter with speech. Once our daughter aged out of the state program, we continued speech therapy, choosing to pay out of pocket, in order to keep working directly with Caroline. It became clear our son would also need additional speech help. This time we were able to request directly to work with Mrs. Caroline again through the state and once again elected to continue on our own with her directly when our son aged out of the state program. Caroline is absolutely phenomenal with both kids and parents and we were consistently impressed with her kindness, patience, and professionalism with our entire family.
